David Slover I had cataract surgery on 04/07/2022 By Dr. Duke also had a slite astigmatism I had an option of $2500. lens to correct which I was fine with but Dr. Duke said she could get the same results with a little surgical procedure for $250. Our company provided services to NIEI which the new Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Ben Gaby, refuses to paid base on he was not in that position of employment at the time the service was completed. This invoice has been delinquent since January 2021. When we as patients have services at NIEI they expect our payment at time of service. Our company expects this payment not to be ignored.
