Won't get ANYTHING done in a timely manner. Won't sent prescriptions in a timly manner even when asked for WEEKS notice.. DONT actually care about veterans.
**UPDATE** this VA has been caught talking trash about me on voicemail. They did a leg surgery that they messed up on and my doctor just told me that I need to learn to live with the pain and she will not help me out. Glad I gave my body up for my country to turn their backs on me!
Had an appointment to take my prescription for new glasses today. Met Becky she was hostile from the moment I met her. I just received glasses in the past couple of months. My eyes have changed I’m 76. She acted like I was trying to scam the system! I asked her what exactly I was going to get, I needed a distance snd reading. Her response was I was getting what was on the prescription without explaining to me what that was.
In my opinion, you receive professional and friendly service.
