Well rounded gym offering a variety of classes or gym equipment for your use. I love the coaches of the classes and have had a great time trying spin, barre fusion, HIIT, and conditioning! You can even pay for personal training, which I hear is great. A great added bonus is the very attentive and positive child care available for a small extra fee and sign up for your child/ren. Cramped. Expensive. Outdated. Nice people. Somehow I keep going back.
Front desk is super helpful. They helped me feel welcome when I was terrified to go in. lol. My kids love going to kid care. Just a note for now: tanning is currently standup only. No napping for me. Thanks!
