I came in and they charged me 100$ because they said i wasn’t fixable and that’s the fee for hurting their feelings and eyes .. im so disappointed
I am not a patient of this office and received a $12 bill via text. I think perhaps 2 years ago I visited as a non-patient to have a chip looked at and I don't believe we did anything about it, just discussed options. If I owed anything at that time, I'm sure I paid it. I left a message with the office and no return call yet. Not pleased, feels scammy. Edit. No return call yet received the same text March 10, 2025. Disgusted by this.
Office staff is grossly unprofessional. Asking for signatures on legal docs while a patient is under anesthesia. And that was day one. Take your business elsewhere. What a shame.
They were decent some years ago until they were taken over. Who knows now? Good luck getting an appointment. Called 5 times and left messages. Zero response. Glad it wasn't an emergency!
They’ve been holding on to an $88 credit of mine for years. Front desk doll has been trying to help, and I appreciate her, but I can’t get my money back from billing. It’s been months of phone calls, leaving messages, and zero response. I’m considering small claims.
