Bad experience with the customer service she hung up the phone twice while I was speaking to her.
If I could give no star, I would! My grandma had a televisit scheduled at 9:30 am, was called by a nurse by 11:30 am and told me that she needed ti be seen physically so I waited 2 hours for nothing! And my grandpa has a televisit scheduled at 10:30 am, I am still waiting for a phone call at this time at 3:00 in the afternoon!! It’s been more than 4 hours! I do not recommend it the service is poor. Appointments are scheduled three months out with the doctor. On the day of the appointment, they make you go in and keep you waiting inside the office for three hours. When the doctor finally comes in, you only get five minutes to explain your symptoms. They don’t let you say everything you need, they don’t pay attention, and they don’t provide any solutions or recommendations to help manage the illness.
