I do not live in the Houston area, but they handled an at-home study for Apnea. Everything went smoothly with that and it only took about a month to receive my CPAP. However, once this office received payment from my insurance, the support ended. They never answer the phone and you can’t leave a voicemail because the box is full. That is very unprofessional and unacceptable for a provider. They communicated they would be contacting me to assist in setup, operation, and maintenance of the machine, yet they have yet to do this... read more
Horrible service. Customer service is terrible. Call backs are nonexistent. The service you pay for is not what you get. They don’t give reports.
Very COVID friendly
This place is a life saver. The accepted my insurance and I was eligible to see a doctor. I was prescribed sleep medicine and even took part in a study. The facility is nice and the staff is very outstanding.
This company really understood my needs and were so kind.
