Dr. Palwai is fantastic. She's thorough, understanding, and always answers my questions. She has been instrumental in mine and my daughter's diagnosis and treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis. She is also quick to call me back if I'm having an issue and also works well with my other doctors. I highly recommend her for anyone struggling to find answers or in need of treatment.
0 Stars if possible, my doctor, the head doctors wife, knew NOTHING about my condition, researched NOTHING about my condition, DID NOT believe and DID NOT act on symptoms I expressed concerns for, had the absolute gall to tell me things I knew were true about my condition weren't only for her to be shocked shocked that it was all true YEARS LATER. Aloof, pompous, and rude, all this while of being a failure to the name of Medicine.
This is the worst rheumatology office I’ve ever been to. For starters the receptionist here are absolutely unprofessional snappy and ignorant. The doctor made me feel very much rushed, when trying to explain symptoms she’s not really concerned just wants to see what previous doctors ordered and she reorders the same medication plans, she is rude and impatient…Also schedules many unnecessary visits throughout the year just for extra funds.I’m sorry but this doctors office is run down and gives a very unwelcoming vibe.
