Completely unprofessional clinic! I had an appointment at 2. Waited 50 mins and no Dr. When I went to ask the nurse she sent someone else to my door to tell me the Dr was busy and the demanded I close the room door for privacy reasons.
The lady at the front desk was so rude and disrespectful to me, it was ridiculous. I had been seeing doctor Berry( a wonderful NP) at this center for months with no problem. I came in to inquire about my prescriptions because I've called several times but their phone systems were messed up. And the lady at the front through a phone cord at me and bit down on her lip, like she wanted to fight me. I guess I asked one to many questions. I won't be coming back.
The worst Dr , patient visit ever. The only MD that works there is a quack
I have Aessa Bates and she is absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable, professional, accessible, informative, wonderful, CARING, and she treats you like family! Her follow-up is also excellent. She is a true gem and a true professional! My daughter Mary, who comes with me on some appointments when I don't have a babysitter, also loves her!
Doctor's Falcon and Bates were both great. They attend to your needs without rushing. Great place.
