In the last few months this office has dropped the ball in empathy and professionalism. I always did my blood work at the same time of my appointment, now they outsource you downstairs to the second floor (which is also unprofessional). I am out of medicine and can't get no one on the phone as usual. I have finally decided to just switch PCP's after being with this clinic for roughly 8 years. They seem to be in business to kill and not heal.

The doctors are great .. its the clinics management who are not up to part ! .. 3rd time withing a 6 months period that they have change doctors without providing any info to patients !!

Do not use this doctor’s office! Unorganized, consistently late, unprofessional! I have NEVER been seen on time. They schedule appointments knowing that the provider is not scheduled. Furthermore, they cannot keep good providers! Every time I have come, there is a new provider. That’s a red flag!!

The practitioner there don't return calls and will lie and say u don't leave a message. And won't return phone call even if u need to get medicine u really need . She don't Noone health and she shows by not return calls and will have an attitude when you come to the office. At the humble location. My rating is really a 1/2 a star . But doctor is good .
