Went in a month and a half ago ordered white touchup paint went back three weeks ago. Ask if they received it they said no I guess they don’t wanna order my touchup paint or help me horrible customer service by the way parts department I’m gonna go to Glendale Toyota pay for it and get it ordered. I knew this would happen when he said I didn’t need to pay for it because if it’s a special order, you usually have to pay for it. The guy wasted my time for no reason.
I went up there to get an obscure part that I couldn't get for a couple weeks. And they had it for me the next day. I should have ordered it from them to begin with. Unfortunately I was used to every time I had to buy anything from a dealer it was exorbitantly expensive. Not so for this. Me and the clerk guy had a really good talk and he was very helpful also. I don't have any other good stories to sell or I don't even have a good joke to tell you.
