they failed to fully read my moms dogs chart and missed a life threatening blood disease that the emergency vet she took him to this morning is saying might kill him. still haven't heard a response from anyone at the clinic.

Dr. Jacobson is the best vet that we have ever been to. We have a somewhat spastic cat, but he has been able to safely handle him and we appreciate his honesty and compassion. He had never made us feel embarrassed about the way that our cat acts at the vet.
