Everyone helps put my daughter at ease. She was very fearful of dentists. They explain what they're going to do, they take time to let her see the instruments appear sharp but will not hurt her, and answer her questions. She laughs at "Mrs. Water and Mr. Slurpy" and no longer fears getting her exam and teeth cleaned. Children's Hospital is supposed to be the best at everything, but they don't have the BEST dental staff! It's right here, close to home.

As usual, the treatment and interaction with team members were excellent. I confess I have forgotten the dental assistant's name (please forgive me) who worked so diligently grinding my new crown down to precisely feel comfortable. And Dr. Mauro was his usual expert self explaining what he was doing. Thank you.
Heather was mine and my sister's hygienist today. She was very friendly and gentle. I hope to schedule all of my regular cleanings with her in the future. Dr. Mauro was very nice and knowledgable. I had a very pleasant experience here today!
