I went in due to some non-routine issues I was having. Dr. Mauro listened to my concerns and did a thorough exam. He took extra time to explain what he was doing and to walk through the x-rays. He was very patient and kind, and willing to spend time answering my questions. I will be returning in the future.
The staff and dentist was very easy going and friendly with my son who has suffered from heightened anxiety. My son was calm the entire time.
Visits to the dentist have always been anxious for me. The hygienist at NH Family Dental was gentle and comforting and Dr. Mauro is always pleasant. So two thumbs up!
Heather, the hygienist, did a great job again with my cleaning and exam. She is thorough, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Maria, one of the dental assistants, knows her craft inside and out. She is also a very kind and compassionate person. Dr. Mauro is an exceptional dentist. Becca was excellent!! She constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable. I have a lot of plaque on my bottom teeth and she did a great job removing it without causing me discomfort.
I am always pleased with the dental work I receive and the friendliness of the staff.
The entire staff is very friendly. The waiting room has complimentary WiFi, drinks, and is super comfortable. The hygienist I saw was very professional and thorough. Dr Mauro is very professional and personable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist or switching.
As much as I dread my dentist visit, I am always pleased with the results......Dr, Mauro and the staff are wonderful and always put me at ease,
