Rude receptionist. They act as if they’re inconvenienced when you ask them to do their job. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. In that time, I drove from Orchard Park to this office. Upon arrival they told me that it takes 24 hours to get an immunization record, which isn’t true. When in reality Octavia is lazy and did not want to do the record at the time I requested it.
