KinderCare North Hills is absolutely amazing! We were at a different childcare facility but left there after a month due to some issues. We came to KinderCare North Hills and could not be happier! My little guy is happy to go see his teachers in the morning when I drop him off and is happy, smiling, and playing when I pick him up! The teachers and management are warm, welcoming, and caring! Today feels like the right day to write this review, as it is our family’s last day at KinderCare after 8 wonderful years. We first came to this center when our older son was just 12 weeks old. I still remember how nerve-racking it felt to leave my baby in the care of people who were, at the time, strangers to us. I was nervous, but the teachers and staff quickly earned our trust—and over the years, they became so much more than caregivers. We’ve had a wonderful experience with this daycare. The teachers are caring, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and well-being. My daughter has learned so much, made great friends, and always comes home happy. The staff are warm, communicative, and create a safe, welcoming environment for the kids. Today is the last day of 10+ years at KinderCare North Hills. I cannot even begin to express how wonderful this staff has been or how thankful I am to them for the support they have oven me and kids this entire time. So pleased with our experience at this kindercare. My daughter is in the infant room and Miss Kathy and Miss Desiree are phenomenal. We receive so many pictures and communication is always prompt and detailed. The directors, Sara and Krista, are wonderful. I will have no hesitation sending my future children here and highly recommend it.
