I had an 9:00 drug screen, its 10:30 I am current still here as im typing this. I was given 3 different drug screens stating im not using enough salvia when in fact i am, to the point my mouth is cotton mouth dry. Also made me do a physical with a drug screen hanging out my mouth along with a eye examination. How can Froedtert dictate that I must be an existing and established patient with a primary care physician through them just to be able to make an appointment with the behavioral health department there? This is deplorable. Froedtert should not be able to corner the market like this and pigeonhole their patients into staying with them for all care needs. This should not be allowed. My new provider forgot to refill a prescription that they were supposed to. I call, and they tell me that there are no providers on call or in urgent care Saturday or Sunday, just residents. That’s insane! She tells me I’ll have to wait until Monday. There is also no way to even leave a message or request the refill, other than via the pharmacy.
