Every time i come here ther customer service is AWFUL!! The wait is ridiculous and they have no care for other people's time whatsoever. So tired of calling up there and no one answering. I've been trying to get an appointment with my doctor for months now and no one ever picks up the phone or calls me back. So done with this bs
So my wife went here to try to address and find out the reasons behind some chronic pain in her abdomen only to have a dr basically tell her that it was her ribs because she pushed harder enough on her ribs for them to hurt. Then while the phlebotomist was trying unsuccessfully to find a vein to take a blood sample my wife happened in passing, to mention that her sister who happens to be a phlebotomist herself told her where the Nurses usually look for one when they can’t find one , only for this girl to reprimand my wife te... read more

I would give them a 0000 this place is worse than a free clinic. After sitting there for 3hrs as a walk in for testing for strep. I asked the same girl how much longer because I have to get my daughter she said she is sorry she has no clue what happened to my info and if I still wanted to get seen. I ask how long she said I have no clue. this place sucks for that I could have gone to the free clinic but I have good insurance. oh well not a very good impression for a new patient. waste of my time.
I love Dr. Fuller great Doctor who loves his Cowboys !!
Every single visit I have had with Doctor Martin I have waited over an hour in the waiting room forget the doctors room. Uncalled for and no consideration for others time.
