I have never had a more pleasant dental visit! The staff were all welcoming and comforting. The staff walked me through what and why they were doing each step. They were very knowledgeable! The technicians were also very gentle and personable. This was the first dental visit where I left and didn't have any soreness or pain in my gums! They all put me at ease and I'm looking forward to my next cleaning.
My husband and I saw Dr. Rowley for the first time the other day and are thrilled to have a trusted, new dentist after our former dental office closed. From the second we walked in the door, we were treated with nothing but genuine kindness from the entire team. Our hygienists, Haley and Tracy, were awesome, the reception desk was awesome (they were also great when I first called to inquire about an appointment), and Dr. Rowley took the time to learn about us and our needs. Very positive atmosphere and kind people!
I had a wonderful experience. The office location was convient. The front desk staff was warm and friendly. My hygienist was very thorough and concerned with my comfort. The doctor was very helpful. It was an amazing visit.
My experience at North Hills Dental as a new client was fantastic. It is clears they value their patients time and comfort during the appointments. I really appreciate that they asked how much information I do or don’t want when discussing what treatments I might need during my cleaning. My cleaning was done quickly and thoroughly, and they mentioned one additional thing I may need to get done soon which I agreed with.
