I called to make an appointment to have sutures removed from my dogs mouth and was told that I would not need an appointment and to come in as a walk in. I asked if my pet would need to be sedated, I was told she would not. When I arrived, my pet and I were left in the lobby waiting for 1.5 hours only to then be taken to the back and told that we would need to make an appointment because my dog would need to be sedated. I took my elderly dog in to be seen because he was having extreme pain in his eye (my dog has glaucoma and cataracts and is completely blind), having a really nasty discharge, and clearly was in a lot of pain. I was very glad that they were able to see my dog as I did not get off work until 6pm and they were willing to see us once I arrived.
