This place was great 4 years ago, unfortunately it has gone down hill. We were looking for something nicer since we stayed on base before. Compared to the other apartments in town the only difference is having the spa and gym. But honestly the spa breaks a lot and the gym is lacking, it does not reflect that “luxury” price tag. The garage doors break often and the grass area outside the apartment is often covered in dog feces. The halls smell like hot dog water especially at the stairs. Love living here. Office and maintenance are on top of things. My only complaint is they need to get the sprinkler system going before the grass burns, not after it is burnt.
Best place in town to live! The office ladies Katrina and Paige are awesome, and so nice! The maintenance guys are great, they fix anything you need done, and quickly! Would highly recommend living here! ☺️
I've lived at North Highlands for just over a year. The management and maintenance personnel have been very open and responsive to requests and issues. Its generally a very quiet and pleasant place to live.
Great service from the office personal. Always so friendly and eager to help.
