Don’t bother coming here, if you’re looking for privacy, and relaxation, these apartments are NOT what you’re looking for, the walls are paper thin, I hear conversations and things I wish I could Un-hear, the community living here is very disrespectful. And I will NOT be living here once my lease is up
Worse apartment townhomes I have ever ever been in! Moved in with multiple broken things. Stuff never gets fixed. Be ready to spend and arm and leg during winter time. Horrible horrible place
Don’t bother renting from this apartment or their parent company IMM which owns a lot of rental properties around town. The apartment itself was decent but the neighbors here are horrible and down right disrespectful. We have a baby and our he couldn’t sleep because of how loud and disrespectful our neighbors were. The apartment will not take any action to keep the noise down around the complex and they just tell you to call the police to deal with it, which we had to do many times as a result. Absolutely wonderful apartment complex if you’re looking to move to the Minot area. I lived here just for 4 years and the management/staff is wonderful. Katrina, Mae, and Brett/maintenance staff all make you feel at home and are always willing to help. Maintenance work orders are normally completed in less than 24 hours.
