This is a great place to live now that we got a new manager. She is very friendly, helpful and cares about all residents. She does not have a bad word for anyone. Treats everyone with respect. She deals with the residents that are moving in and when others try to interfere She has to let them know who she has to deal with and people don't like it. Ms. Mogle is a fantastic person.

Bed bugs bed bugs bed bugs avoid at all cost . Piss poor management , our floors went from October instill February to get swept and moped !!!
Haven't even got moved in and I was given apartment that was damaged. Ice maker dosen't even work, no screen on sliding glass door, didn't finish painting patch in bath room. Bedroom closets swing back and forth, tracking to hold them. I'd like to know who owns this place?
Just moved in six months ago but love it here ,All the staff and management are great and very friendly. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping downtown , just a great place to live.
