The best skilled nursing facility in KY!
Terrible place, my papa didn’t get the care he needed, came into him laying in his own poop, urine, also came into his feeding tube unhooked spilling on the right side of his arm which he had no use in his arm to be able to move it!!! and staining his bed, also poop being underneath his fingernails! I DONT recommend this place to anybody.
Your employees make your center wonderful. With top notch employees like Ms Tera Williams who takes care of my needs with professionalism and kindness a rare combination. Keep employees like her on your staff and you will stay 5 stars
