The service department are excellent despite the business practices they are no doubt being asked to implement. Perhaps the sales team should sell more vehicles.
As always, the service was prompt, courteous and kind.
Brought car in with insurance referral. They did extra investigation not requested on referral by the insurance and without confirming with me then forced me to pay $600 to get my car back. Will be going to the disputes tribunal. The dispute is with you as the insurance requested to be invoiced directly for the work they asked for. They also obviously diagnosed a rattle coming from the engine rather than the vibration from the exhaust as requested by the insurance and have given no details of work carried out or diagnosis on... read more
