Been patiently waiting on an opening for my son and myself. Perfect gated community in Vinton as it is already!y a big change coming from Bedford. County
I lived at North Hampton for about a year and a half. I liked the freedom, the age variety, and having two bedrooms. I did not like the maintenance department, they said they fixed stuff but they didn't. Management said that they clear the roads during bad weather but they didn't. Over all for someone under the age of 50 I would recommend North Hampton over Fairington just because of the freedom and age variety.
