Susan was terrific throughout the appointment, as always. Asks good questions, provides good information, and the process and her way of cleaning my teeth was excellent!
Today was my first visit to North Hampton Dental. Everyone was very kind and professional, from the office girls, to the assistants and of course Dr. Jim. The office is beautiful, comfortable and very inviting, you feel relaxed from the moment you walk in. It was a great experience and I look forward to going back for my cleaning soon.
I had an appointment this morning at 10:30. This was to put the final cap on a tooth. I was pleasantly greeted right on time and the procedure took about fifteen minutes. Being 67, I had a fear of dentists for many years but began going to this wonderful practice almost 30 years ago. No more fear; they are friendly, pain-free and let you know what's going on at all times. Highly recommended by me and my family!
I am new. With this practice and think they are the best I have ever experienced. Today was regularly scheduled cleaning, my second with Peggy. She is by far the best hygienist I have had over many years in three states. She balances professionalism with an engaging warmth. She tells you what she is seeing, she is a huge cheerleader and offers lots of good ideas. Considering it was a last minute emergency visit, I was treated very well from the person at the desk, to the dentist, who I was unfamiliar with, and of course his assistant Alexis. Thank you very much!
Visits to the dentist are not what most people look forward to, but the North Hampton Dental Group makes each visit a comfortable experience. I've been a patient with them for 30 years and found them to be progressive with their treatments and technology, yet are rooted in techniques that work well for their patients' individual needs. At my first checkup after quad deep cleaning sessions, I was glad to have no new issues, although keeping up with personal hygiene does become harder at my age, and it was nice knowing the staff was not judgmental when discussing it with me. Losing teeth as we grow older is no fun; tough enough to maintain what we have left!
As always, a professional, yet personal and pleasant experience! This practice has helped alleviate my dental anxieties! Thank you.
