I had an amazing psychiatrist that went on maternity leave last December. The person who replaced her is absolutely terrible, doesn't care about ANY of my mental health issues including a very significant attempted suicide and misses calls vital to my progress and my prescription refills. I even called and said that the psychiatrist did call me on our appointment date and nobody called me back. I was promised by my previous psychiatrist that I wouldn't slip through the cracks but that is exactly what happened. I don't know w... read more
They were good but left me high and dry during covid even after being referred by hospital. So I ended up going up north and now I've lost everything and on my mothers couch.
I have seen many people over the years but I must say the people at this location are absolutely amazing. Caring and kind and so understanding they try to help the best they possibly can. They have made me a better person and have made understand things in a better way. Thank u I highly highly recommend this location
