I have always had terrible experiences with my family doctor here. Both her and the receptionist staff have zero initiative and do not care about it taking care of people. They don’t accept walk-ins even with over an hour left in the day, are very unorganized, and are quick to judge neurodevelopmental disorders. I was told to “make lists” and keep a journal, instead of being taken seriously. Left a message with clinic I was contacted within 20 minutes, with friendly service. During visit was greeted by friendly/helpful receptionist. Clinic doctor was wonderful! Took the time to both listen to my concerns and check my symptoms. Overall a great experience. Thank you so much North GTA Medical Clinic!
