Incredibly unprofessional and unethical that the clinic didn’t inform patients of Dr. Sudashika Wijekoon that she had left the clinic and didn’t offer to even let her patients know where she had moved to. For patients looking to continue seeing her, she is now located in Unionville at Qualcare Family Medical Centre.
Dr. Wijekoon is kind, patient, and so gentle with her patients. She has guided me through every difficulty and question with real care. We feel completely reassured having her. The front desk is also fantastic, always accommodating my urgent requests immediately. We’re very lucky to be patients here.
My family doctor in this clinic is fully booked for this week. As an alternative, I came in to see another doctor in this same clinic as a walk in and was told there was 4 patients before me. Waited for 2 hours and still was not able to see the doctor.
Been a patient for just over a year there is a new receptionist who has a really bad attitude and is very demeaning and minimizing. Please look into this I love this clinic and the staff / MDs but not happy with the new mature receptionist and the language barrier is becoming a issue when we book appts for my parents and myself along with the barrier of her attitude. I myself am an Asian woman and im beyond disgusted at the behaviour. So this is a genuine criticism of the reception NOT the clinic.
Dr. Calvin Tang is our family doctor and is attentive and friendly along with the rest of the staff!
