My family doctor in this clinic is fully booked for this week. As an alternative, I came in to see another doctor in this same clinic as a walk in and was told there was 4 patients before me. Waited for 2 hours and still was not able to see the doctor.
Been a patient for just over a year there is a new receptionist who has a really bad attitude and is very demeaning and minimizing. Please look into this I love this clinic and the staff / MDs but not happy with the new mature receptionist and the language barrier is becoming a issue when we book appts for my parents and myself along with the barrier of her attitude. I myself am an Asian woman and im beyond disgusted at the behaviour. So this is a genuine criticism of the reception NOT the clinic.
Dr. Calvin Tang is our family doctor and is attentive and friendly along with the rest of the staff!
We are so lucky to be patients here. The staff are amazing - so friendly, helpful, professional and compassionate. Having the rehab clinic attached to the family doctors is wonderful, it really adds to the feeling of being completely cared for. To be honest I don't think I've ever had this feeling from a medical practice before, having such a sense of security. Well done you guys!
5/5 stars for the aquarium! Oh and the doctor was awesome too
