We are so lucky to be patients here. The staff are amazing - so friendly, helpful, professional and compassionate. Having the rehab clinic attached to the family doctors is wonderful, it really adds to the feeling of being completely cared for. To be honest I don't think I've ever had this feeling from a medical practice before, having such a sense of security. Well done you guys!
5/5 stars for the aquarium! Oh and the doctor was awesome too
I only visited this clinic one time. The receptionist’s attitude made my experience look bad overall. The way she talked to clients was rude and unfriendly, and her tone made it seem like she did not care about patients. Customer service should be improved because the doctor himself was very good. The doctor was excellent very kind, caring, and professional.
