Had a minor emergency with my dog and called in to get a wait estimate, was taken immediately and received the best possible care for my pet. Dr. Malphrus discussed everything with me, going through the different treatment options for the issue at hand as well as how to treat the detected heart murmur she caught. Incredibly knowledgeable about the breed of my dog (cavalier king charles spaniel) but also incredibly kind. She personally called me when the blood work results were in to talk about them as well as check in on Bra... read more

Yesterday Dr. Malphrus and her staff helped my son and I through the last vet visit for our 15 year old dog. It was my son's first experience with euthanizing a pet, and we were both upset but knew it was the right thing. Dr. Malphrus was so understanding of all of his questions about everything that was happening and helped make this as good of an experience as it could be. I look forward to working with her to care for the rest of our furry family members in the future!!

Dr. Malphrus is not just our vet. She is our friend. Been thru many pets with her and she even cried with me when we had to put one down. We see her when we are stressed and scared and she takes us into consideration as well as our pets. I do not want to go anywhere else. Good advice has been given and excellent solutions to issues where an easier, cheaper treatment can be done. Once she told us to give pure canned pumpkin for a stomach issue and our cat loved it. He was better quickly and that was all it took. I have respec... read more

The team here is amazing. They take time to treat each of my dogs while taking the personalities into consideration. One of my dogs started vomiting uncontrollably on the day of the full solar eclipse. I called, and they said I could come right away. They gave my fur baby great care even though the eclipse could start at Amy moment. My dog was definitely their priority in light of the historical event. Treatment was finished, and we even got to watch the eclipse. The doctor let me use an extra pair of eclipse glasses since I... read more

Vet and Kennel Service is poor. Too cold for the animals.
