I rented from Elaine/North Gold Realty/Fendee estates and it has been the most frustrating and horrible rental experience. When I moved out I left the apartment far better than when I moved in. I've rented from Elaine/North Gold Realty/Fendee Estates for 3 years. Any issues I've had or maintenance problems were addressed and fixed in a timely matter including AC servicing and then AC replacement the following year, She was very prompt about getting them out to fix it. When the fence blew down in the storm (along with everyone else's) there was quite a list of repairs needed done and they were overwhelmed, I offered to fix my own fence due to my dogs and all materials were provided to me to do so as well as help fro... read more
Do NOT!! Rent from Elaine! She is the worst landlord I have ever dealt with. Her manager has a serious attitude problem and will never pick up! Elaine is as rude and unprofessional As they come! When you move out she will charge you for stuff that wasn’t broken when you moved out. I had a professional cleaning company clean the house apon moving out and carpet cleaned and she is claiming the house was dirty and she still had to clean it which is an out right lie!!!
