Great Dermatologist in Northern Suburbs Dr. Montalvo was recommended to me by some friends (also patients) after just moving into the area. I have had consistent problems with my rosacea and was looking to freshen up a bit with juvederm and botox. My initial impression of the facility was very inviting. Horrible!! I went to this Dr. to get botox and some brown spots removed. I have had both procedures done before and know what to expect. After the botox, both of my eyes drooped so horribly that I could barely see for 4 weeks. He used too much and applied it in the wrong muscles. I told him while he was doing it (given my experience) that he was putting the injections in the wrong place and he said "I know what I'm doing" and continued.
