When Dr. Anthony is there I always give North Georgia Urgent Care 5 stars. He was not there today and the lady doctor I delt with today was rude, very unhelpful and would not treat my cold unless I took a Covid Test for an additional $50.00. No thank you. I should have left and came back when Dr. Anthony was there!
This is a great clinic! The staff is extremely courteous and the wait is never long! I really appreciate Anthony because he takes time to explain what is making you come to see a doctor in terms that you can understand instead of all of the medical lingo! These people go out of there way to make you feel welcome when you come in and they always remember your name!
I broke my arm the week before Christmas and came to your location. The staff was very courteous. We will recommend you to anyone in the future. Thanks again.
