I have never personally worn braces but my son does need them. I did a fair deal of research ( had 2 other consults ) and Dr. Echols was my third. We had a professional and courteous greeting at check-in ( you take that as a given but that's not necessarily the case these days ). The Dr. personally came to the waiting area to greet and take us back for our consult. Again, since I have never worn braces ... I had several questions.
