What a great place to get the care you need!
I had an appointment to have my IUD removed and a new one replaced. Dr. Alyssa Liguori was the doctor to remove and replace the IUD. This was our first time meeting and I have to say, it was not the best experience. While she did come in and introduce herself, her assistant and a medical school student, she did not ask if it were okay for her student to stay. Staff was friendly and so so helpful, the provider was very thorough and thoughtful in her responses to my questions/concerns. I also saw the phlebotomist who was incredibly personable and sweet despite my difficult veins. Overall a wonderful visit that really put me at ease and didnt spike my medical anxiety!
Dr. Fulbright is amazing. He is kind, smart and compassionate. I unfortunately miscarried and he performed my d&c and I felt completely cared for by him. The nursing team was pleasant as well, everyone was very kind. I saw the ultrasound tech twice and I wish she could’ve been more patient/compassionate, she was very aggressive with the transvaginal ultrasound pressing very hard to get it in and was extremely quick with the scan making me feel as if maybe she wasn’t as thorough as needed in this type of situation. I was a little apprehensive about seeing a male doctor. When I walked into the clinic everyone was very friendly. Starting with check in to checkout. Dr. Fulbright was very informative and listened to ALL of my concerns and questions. I didn’t feel rushed or my concerns weren’t valid. He explained everything that he recommended and what my options were. I would definitely recommend him.
