Their promises were false, and the final result was far below standards.
Very poor communication and unprofessional behavior.
Experience was great until I asked him to please update an invoice to reflect the price he told me it would cost and he would not do it and demanded to talk to my client about updating an invoice when he told me it would cost $180 but invoiced for $200 and refuses to update the invoice to the appropriate amount for what he told me. Will never use again and do not recommend he absolutely did not handle this appropriately and gave poor me a poor experience with all of this.
Mike is great and easy to work with. Our basement garage has been slowly breaking over the years, to the point we just pulled it right off. Mike came out to quote us and installed a new, power garage door within the week. The garage looks great & the price was reasonable. Will definitely be calling him again in the future!
