I have been going to Dr. Payne for many years and he has helped me in so many ways. He was the only one out of many who would even consider doing Laser on my eyes due to borderline problems. He's an excellent doctor and the staff is very professional in what they do. I highly recommend North Georgia Eye Clinic for all your eye needs.
