The location is beautiful and the front desk associates were very helpful however I came for a follow up appointment for my son’s eye exam since it had been a year from his last and he expressed that he wanted glasses this time. He is special needs and was on his best behavior however the tech was very rude. Not once did she smile at us and talked like he wasn’t in the room. Very courteous, professional and great Communication.
Dr Crowder and Kathy are a wonderful team. I knew exactly what tests they were performing before they started and why. The irregularities in my retina were discussed and a continuing observation is planned. I feel very confident with the knowledge and experience of this team for my vision.
