Great experience
This was my first visit at NGEA. All the staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Crowders exam was very thorough and he explained everything clearly along with the results during my exam. I plan to go back there for future eye exams.
Staff was very professional. Questions asked were answered and procedures explained before performing. Dr Crowder explained results of tests performed and .findings.Discussed options for treatment and what to expect to experience during treatment, if selected. That's impressive and great Customer Sevice. Thankful!
