I want to say how much I appreciate all the efforts by North Georgia Equipment Company in solving our recent air conditioning problems at the Silver Creek Pharmacy. It was a desperate situation and NGE as usual exceeded expectations. I want to give specific appreciation to Jared Witt for his quick response to the failure of our Bard Exterior Wall Mount unit. We called NGE because our air conditioning quit working on a Sunday. The technician(Henry Pegg) returned my call in under 15 minutes and was at our house in less than 30 minutes. Our compressor had gone bad. It had to be ordered. By Monday when we called at 8:30 the part had already been ordered and scheduled to be delivered the next morning and the service manager had us in the schedule for the repair. Something was missed on the initial installation but Joel provided great customer service and addressed all my concerns. Highly recommend them.
