Something was missed on the initial installation but Joel provided great customer service and addressed all my concerns. Highly recommend them.

My experience with NGE was INCREDIBLE, even when difficulties by the equipment manufacturer complicated it. Nick provided A+++ service. Typically, you just expect a simple job. Rip out the old unit, install the new unit. This is how mine started in the coldest week of January after my system went out. Nick and his crew were great! They were fast, friendly and the Mitsubishi split unit looks great. AND they had the best price that I could find! I would highly recommend giving them a call when you are considering a new A/C unit.
NGE did a great job on our HVAC. It was all completed in a day and explained in detail on how to use the unit app and they even set it up for me. I appreciate their great service and installers! Very professional.
