Matt does a great job. Especially with DPF issues.
Matt does phenomenal work and is a programming genius. We call him numerous times every month to solve problems, and have for over a year. Very highly recommend.
This is the most professional truck service team I have ever worked with. Our race car hauler broke down at AMP. We had to abandon the truck and head back to South Carolina. Lindsey and Matt at NGDS made every effort to quantify the repairs, get the parts, and repair the truck on site. They communicated almost everyday and Matt even came in on his day off to get it done as quickly as possible. I just can't say enough good things about this team. Thank you guys so much!!! Rob
We had NGDS service our 2021 Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel, which has a 6.7L Cummins engine. Excellent service, starting with setting up the appointment with Lyndsey. The service is extremely convenient, since it is a mobile service. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and was very personable. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing to our truck and why he was doing it. He also provided recommendations for the future. We will definitely be using NGDS in the future.
Absolutely the best in the business! Been driving a truck for 17 years and will not use another company!
