DO NOT BRING YOUR COMPUTER HERE. My computer was brought to them to fix. First of all they erased my computer without my permission. When i say erase they completely wiped hard drive of factory settings and everything and put ACER software on a GATEWAY computer!!!!!!! How dumb must you be. Needless to say computer was not fixed and was in hell of worse condition than when i brought the DAMN thing in. If they couldn t fix the computer, they just should have said so. They kept it a week, charged \$75.00 and it was in exactly the same condition as when I brought it in.
