I love living here! Wonder atmosphere, but crazy hot-tub shenanigans (and that’s why I haven’t gone there ).
The gates is a great apartment complex for people to have fun and work hard for school. I love that the gates have all this great things for a gym and hot tub to even more. And the management is super hard working and always there in the office when there supposed to be. I mentioned that because I was at another apartment complex where I need to go to the office to ask a question, but none of the workers are there during regular work hours. Overall I recommend the gates
i really enjoyed my time living here. management is great and much more responsive than at other places i've lived in rexburg. The community at the gates is fun and they frequently have fun things going on for their residents.
They're okay, but I would not live here.
