Tom is awesome! He really listened to our needs, our dislikes, deal-breakers and our must haves. He was always accessible for questions and communication was spot on. Tom was great to work with. My family and I have been looking for a house in Big Canoe for several years. Since we do not live nearby, Tom would go look at houses for us, send us pictures, and even facetime a walkthru of houses with us. I purchased a lot with no structures; Tom represented the Seller. Because of the low price, it didn't make sense for me to bring a Buyer's agent into the transaction. Despite the nominal commission, Tom was professional and efficient--the Seller was fortunate that he is recognizes the long-term value in fostering relationships.
Loved the support we had from Tom during the purchase.. and his proactivity on issues we did not even think of. He has great calming influence during this process that can be stressful at times.
