The only reason I have not left the office yet is my wonderful, irreplaceable Dr J. Marcus. Ever since Northside bought the office, and the office moved to the large building, everything went down the hill. The knowledgeable, reliable nurses and stuff is gone. It's impossible to reach anyone on the phone. It's a terrible problem to make even a yearly check up appointment. The line is always busy. They put you " in queue ", tell you you are # so and so caller....and after a while tell you that they can't take your call after ... read more
