I saw Dr Winer for a couple of years. I was having a serious reaction to an antidepressant he prescribed. My primary care doctor suggested I discontinue it. Dr Winer was extremely resistant and unhelpful. When I finally had to discontinue the antidepressant Dr Winer cut me off..would not return my calls for an appointment or help me. with withdrawal
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Richard Winer since 2014, when I decided (almost at the age of 40) to attend law school and become an attorney. Based on my academic history, it was clear I had struggled with ADD since I was young, and Dr. Winer and I quickly established a relationship founded in honesty and respect. I have been trying to contact this office for the past 4 months to get my medical records transferred to my new doctor and they refuse to send them or call me back. I am now getting withheld from my medication because Dr. Winer will not send my records to my new doctors office.
Joey white patient Dr. Winer is the best. The medication has help me so much he is compassionate and kind and follows up on what he says he'll do. I also want say that MS. Gayle is so very helpful. Just a great phsyciactric office. Suffering from extreme anxiety is a awful way to live like and I believe they understand this more than most. I was almost ready to give up when I met Dr Winer he makes it easy and that is a major part of seeing a doctor in his practice. Thanks to both of you.
