Dr. Amy Barfield + Terra Bowers are both fantastic; It is the new staff that has turned this place upside down. Visits used to be pleasant with a friendly, efficient, knowledgeable staff. Sadly every experience since switching the entire staff has been subpar. You cannot accomplish anything over the phone and there are now billing errors (never once had a problem before). I've been going to this office for over a year. The doctors are OK but the front office is terrible. I've never had a positive experience dealing with them. If you want to speak with the doctor they never return the call. Tried to set an appointment but because I couldn't give her my diagnosis (I'm not a doctor) she wouldn't set an appointment. Told me to go somewhere else. The office opens at 8 o'clock but I called 10 times and just kept getting an after hours recording telling me to call back during business hours. Around ... read more
