My wife and I had been a patient with them for about ten years, we had purchased hearing aids twice. Now out of no where we were told we could no get service on our hearing aids because we had been dismissed from the practice. No explanation, no warning just dismissed. Dr Conger is great and is better than the other ENT doctors at CHOA. He also does surgery at Children’s healthcare of Atlanta. He has a great bedside manner and explains things in detail. The front staff talked to my daughter as she was asking a million questions!.my daughter couldn’t hear before coming here and now she is caught up with her peers. We have been coming here for 2 years and I am so glad we were referred here!!!
Considerate request for asap appointment then friendly, professional attention during time in office. This has been true for several years. I have and would again recommend Dr Conger to anyone needing an ENT physician.
