Turn around on simple things takes too long
Really check if you RX needs a compounding pharmacy. These guys are terrible. I have had maybe 10 RX and refills through them, I have to call them just about every single time to figure what is happening with my RX. It generally takes them about a week to fill and arrive at my door, WITH overnight shipping. I have also had occasions where they didn't fill the entire prescription, just at their discretion. Ridiculous.
Excellent service, very knowledgeable and educated. They make sure you understand everything about your medication. Great compounding pharmacy also.
