North Fulton Anesthesia Associates were excellent & so was Dr Brian Morgan for my knee surgery
Husband had an outpatient surgery and we paid all fees in advance. Then we got a bill four additional charges with no info on what those charges were for our why they weren't included in the initial payment. We were never informed of the possibility of additional charges, either before the surgery or the day of. We were never informed of any complications or additional services that could explain these extra charges. How can you give a business a negative review? I had surgery, which was covered by insurance, but this anesthesia group filed the insurance with the wrong codes so that my insurance didn't cover it. I've tried to straighten out this problem for a year and was told it would be refiled with the correct codes. Then I got a letter from a collections agency! And we have great credit. I've tried to call NFAA, but the line goes straight to voice mail. I've left a message, but they don't return my call. Are they still in business? I... read more
After coercing into made to believe this treatment, they used it as a leverage. I was treated poorly & made to feel a bother & ignorant. I'm left with far more pain than I came in with.Beware
Scheduled a 1:40pm appointment at the Pain and spine department and was asked to arrive 20 minutes prior. I actually arrived at 1:10 just to make sure i was done in time since i had to go back to work. I was asked to go downstairs to do the insurance and demographics part. i was interviewed by a very nice lady who asked me all the questions you can think of. i didnt mind, except that it took me almost 40 minutes to be able to go back upstairs to be finally seen by someone.
