Quick summary at bottom. To start off, the repair looks great. I got hit on my rear left bumper. They did a great job with the paint job and bumper replacement. However, I am taking off a few stars because they took a long time on the repair. Turned in my car on March 3rd. After the initial inspection, they told me the expected date for the repair would be 3/15. However, they kept pushing the date back further and further. I received it 3/27 so almost a month. The shop on Remington is very good with communication, reliability, and execution. The Remington shop works well with high end/European cars. Car was washed and detailed upon pick up. 5 stars easy
