This is the second time this vet has declined emergency services and was forced to bring animals 65 miles away in desperate need for help. What kind of humane person would ever do that? Sorry we close at 5... emergency services at 6:30? Like there’s no emergency’s from 5-630. A vet isn’t just a business it’s a place where people rely on them to service there pets and family members in need. I’ve been going here for years and this is the last straw. I’ll be pulling my records and never coming back.
I’m not usually one for writing reviews, but after calling today to try to make an appointment for my pet, I’m disgusted with the way I was treated over the phone by the staff member that answered. First off, she couldn’t be bothered to tell me her name when she answered the phone. She acted like I had the appointment book in front of me and that I was supposed to know what days were available. Such amazing staff can’t say enough good things about them. They’ve been great with my dogs since day one and they’re very affordable.
does anyone know what happened to the dairy farm that was across the highway from the clinic? the one that was on the corner of rt 11 and burke road?
The staff is very compassionate. They care about our fur babies. Very helpful through the loss of both my dogs. Just wish they were more set up for emergency care.

The only veterinary clinic I will bring my pets to, they are kind, compassionate, and listen to any and all concerns. I can't say enough good things about them. My two favorite vets to see here are Dr. Alayana M. Rust and Dr. Laura J. Robbins. I have seen two other vets, and they were excellent as well, but haven't had as much experience with them. On top of the superb bedside manner, their prices are quite reasonable as well.
