I had a highly uncomfortable experience here today around 10:03 am. I ordered an iced macchiato, but the two baristas working behind the counter mistakenly made it hot instead. When I brought it to their attention, I asked for an ice cup instead of them remaking the drink. Instead, they snatched the wrong order from my hand and proceeded to make a new drink while giving me an immense amount of attitude. Simple place, but homey and comfortable. Outdoor area. Pet and kid friendly. Good coffee. Limited menu but all good.
